So yes, that was certainly the most failed rededication in the history of blogging, but perhaps such is life.  I will say at least that my commitment to finishing my book at least has had a little more sticking power - a measely 25,000 words but its getting there, and it is a bit better use of free time than too many video games.  It is something I have always wanted to do, and I listen to Orson Scott Card or Steven Pressfield speak about writing and all I can think is "that is how my mind works, that would be incredible to do."  So, therefore, I intend to do it.

 

I am sure that is EVER SO INTERESTING to all of you, but, it is the first thing that came to mind and figured it was mildly more interesting than if I started one of my tirades about Iran - which I FULLY intend to do tomorrow - just as a forewarning.

I realize a blog takes about 5 minutes to write and that the daily zen from a daily stream of consciousness data dump is well worth it, so I have decided to commit - a blog a day, as lame, annoying, and useless as they may become. And as cluttered with ramblings of a over-educated geek that looks oh so sexy (as people INSIST on pointing out) in a cowboy hat as the front page may become, I think i owe it to myself, and to the world around me and honestly, civilization as a whole, to share with you all the musings and mutterings of the voices in my head. So with that said, this is indeed a rededication to rambling, a rededication to useless postins, and a redediction to never again let pee wee herman stand as my top blog post for more than a day.

Hope everyone is ready to rock (and for those of you dressing up as either snakes or planes - decked out and geared up) and making their way to their favorite theater friday for the greatest story ever told.  Thats right - Snakes on a Plane.
